A Letter from Our Founder
Looking back at 2016, it was an exciting year of growth here at Sweet Paws. We established our own isolation facility in Groveland, MA which allows us the freedom to organize dog transports as often as needed. Because of this amazing accomplishment, we more than doubled the number of dogs rescued from 450 in 2015 to almost 1,000 in 2016! This was no easy feat; it took an extraordinary amount of time, money, resources and hard work by our very dedicated team members, volunteers and foster families.
Thanks to the alliances we have created with southern animal advocates, vets and vet students, we were able to make a considerable dent in the over population of stray dogs in 5 separate counties within Alabama and Mississippi. In addition to our southern efforts, we continued to be a resource for our local community, having rescued and re-homed over 70 New England dogs in 2016.
We are a grass roots, all volunteer organization and with your support the possibilities are endless. Sweet Paws has a lot of exciting plans for 2017 and we invite you to be a part of our growing family. We welcome your creativity, innovation and passion!
Will you consider a gift to help us start off 2017 with a bang?
All of us at Sweet Paws Rescue, two and four legged, wish you a very Happy New Year!
